Prior to summer 2020, Arsenal Strength and TGS Precision manufacturing facilities were spread across three separate buildings in three different locations – making teamwork and collaboration difficult. To better help with work flow and product development we decided to purchase one large building that could house all our manufacturing in one space.
Always Improving
The new Arsenal Strength and TGS Precision headquarters is located conveniently off Watt Road near the Lenoir City and Knox County border. Our new state-of-the-art facility has over 125,000 square feet of manufacturing space on an 18-acre property. Currently, we are home to more than 175+ employees and are still actively growing our team.
To even better our facility we updated our office spaces to have a more contemporary look and feel, with air purifiers and greenery to create a more comfortable environment. For our manufacturing spaces we made them climate controlled for a more pleasant work space..
Grow a Career
Because our manufacturing is now housed in one location, our employees have the chance to cross-train to learn different skill sets so they can work on their professional development. We offer a career development program to all employees, giving them the opportunity to have an open conversation with their manager about their long and short-term career goals for potential advancement.

Our goal with the new facility was to create a space that was productive but comfortable to be in. We want our team to be able to have all the resources they need to be successful, including a high end manufacturing facility with the latest equipment.
