The versatile design of the Arsenal Strength Alpha Standing Preacher curl allows the user to utilize either side -angled or straight- of the adjustable height pad. The unit features multiple bar hooks on one side of the unit, and urethane covered bar rests on the other side to ensure that the bar can be reached in a favorable position.
